I was amazed when the staff went above and beyond to return the sim cards I had accidentally left in the room. the ironing facilities in the room were top-notch and made getting ready for my meetings a breeze. the free wi-fi in the rooms was a huge plus for me, as I had to stay connected for work purposes. the hotel exceeded my high expectations and I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and top-notch amenities provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast.
